If the total bill, parts and labour, to repair the appliance is under $100.00, we automatically repair it. We do not give estimates for repairs under $100.00. If the repairs exceed $100.00, we call with an estimate. If fixed, the $30.00 fee is applied to the payment. If your De'Longhi unit is under warranty, you must provide proof of purchase when you bring in the unit, the $30.00 does not apply for warranty service. If you decide, or will fax/email bring in proof of purchase at a later date, we will charge a $30 handling fee (non refundable). The unit will be put in the line-up for service only after we receive the proof of purchase. The other choice is to bring back your unit with all the information, in which case there is no charge. To expedite ANY service; Once an estimate is given, we request a decision to repair or dispose/recycle be given within 48 hours. Goods left over 30 days, from the date the estimate is given or unit repaired, will be disposed of. |
