From July 2013, factory will continue to produce all above models with the new inverter and the
new DPC. These units will have a model number with the suffix “CBH”
Therefore, there are two versions of models in the market.
Before July 2013 production, the model number is without the suffix.
July 2013 and after production, the model number is with suffix “CBH”
VERY IMPORTANT Check the model number to identify which version before ordering replacement parts
HOW TO RESET THE DPC AFTER REPLACING THE INVERTER MODULE:
1. Plug-in oven.
2. Press Stop/Reset pad/button once.
3. Open the door.
4. Keep pressing Start pad / button for more than 2 seconds until the unit beeps.
5. Press Stop/Reset pad / button three times.
6. Press Start pad (button) once. One beep will be heard and the display shows “END” indicating resetting is completed
7. Press Stop/Reset pad / button to return to the initial stage.
When ordering parts, please ensure it is compatible with your model number. The model number must appear in the ``fits models numbers``. If your model number is not listed and you order the part, then wish to return it, we will not re-imburse the shipping fee, and there will be a charge for restocking (normally 20%).
