If your De'Longhi unit is under warranty, you must provide proof of purchase as soon as possible via email, [email protected], or phone (403) 299 - 0333. If you decide, or will fax/email bring in proof of purchase at a later date, we will charge a $30 handling fee (non refundable).
The unit will be put in the line-up for service only after we receive the proof of purchase. The other choice is to bring back your unit with all the information, in which case there is no charge.
To expedite ANY service; Once an estimate is given, we request a decision to repair, return, or dispose/recycle be given within 48 hours.
Goods left over 30 days, from the date the estimate is given or unit repaired, will be disposed of.
